Technical Trainer - Software

One of our US based clients are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Trainer of software to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to rapidly learn and adapt to various software systems, communicate effectively with vendors and subject matter experts, and demonstrate proficiency in training others on different systems.

This role will require expertise in diverse platforms, including QuickBooks (QB), Monday, ERP systems, EMR, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly master a variety of software systems, including QuickBooks, Monday, ERP systems, EMR, and others.
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors and subject matter experts to gather critical system information.
  • Deliver tailored training programs to team members and users, ensuring effective utilization of diverse software platforms.
  • Customize training materials to meet specific system and audience needs.
  • Continuously assess and improve training programs based on feedback and software updates.
  • Provide responsive user support, addressing questions and resolving technical issues.
  • Stay current with software industry trends and contribute insights to system evaluations.


  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to various software systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with vendors, subject matter experts, and learners.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in training individuals or groups on diverse software platforms.
  • Experience with software systems such as QuickBooks (QB), Monday, ERP systems, EMR, or similar applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address user queries and technical issues.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to create and maintain training materials.
  • Adaptability to evolving software landscapes and a proactive approach to staying informed about industry changes.
