Working Hours: 3 PM - 11 PM SA Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Customer Service/Support professional to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, strong experience with CRM programs, and be tech-savvy. Exceptional customer service skills, along with excellent English speaking and writing abilities, are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Utilize CRM programs to manage customer interactions and data efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service/support roles.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM programs.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
  • Stable work history with demonstrated reliability.
  • Own a laptop that meets the following specifications:
  • Computer Age: Not older than 6 years.
  • Windows Version: Windows 10 or higher (No Windows S mode, even if its Windows 10/11 S).
  • Reliable internet connection with at least 50mb down and 25mb up (preferably 75mb down and 50mb up).
  • Backup power for loadshedding
  • Committed for long term
