We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Administrative Support professional to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a structured environment, and is comfortable working across both financial and administrative functions.
Working Hours:
Part-time, 3pm – 8pm (SA time)
(Potential to transition into a full-time role as the company grows)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
- Perform bank and account reconciliations accurately and timeously
- Handle invoicing, including billing clients and tracking payments
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and coordination
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to keep things running smoothly
Requirements:
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Online
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and reconciliations
- Experience managing invoices, billing, and payments
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Clear and concise communicator
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
