Part-Time Bookkeeper & Administrative Support

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Administrative Support professional to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a structured environment, and is comfortable working across both financial and administrative functions.

Working Hours:
Part-time, 3pm –  8pm (SA time)
(Potential to transition into a full-time role as the company grows)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations accurately and timeously
  • Handle invoicing, including billing clients and tracking payments
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and coordination
  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to keep things running smoothly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and reconciliations
  • Experience managing invoices, billing, and payments
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
  • Clear and concise communicator
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
