QuickBooks Bookkeeper (Part-Time – USA Client)
We are seeking a detail-oriented QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week), supporting USA-based client. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring that financial records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with best accounting practices. This role requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working remotely with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

Manage invoicing and ensure timely collections

Assist with payroll processing when required

Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports

Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Ensure all financial data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner

Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding financial information
Requirements:

Proven experience working with QuickBooks

Previous bookkeeping experience supporting small to medium-sized businesses

Strong knowledge of reconciliations, invoicing, and financial record management

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Experience working with USA clients will be advantageous
