We're looking for a confident, resilient Cold Calling Sales Representative who isn't afraid of a no and knows how to turn conversations into opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the chase, thrives on targets, and can build rapport quickly over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients
  • Introduce products/services clearly and persuasively
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads
  • Book meetings or close sales, depending on campaign goals
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Consistently meet or exceed call and conversion targets
  • Handle objections with confidence (and a bit of charm)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Thick skin – rejection is part of the game
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Previous remote or flexible work experience
  • Exposure to international markets (UK/US clients is a bonus)
