This position blends advanced bookkeeping responsibilities with client interaction and internal coordination, offering significant opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform bookkeeping for multiple small to mid-sized business clients

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping up to trial balance

  • Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and reports

  • Communicate directly with clients regarding financial queries and reporting

  • Coordinate workflows with internal staff and mentor junior team members as needed

  • Assist with general office administration and process improvement

  • Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally within a firm environment

  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop

  • Solid working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office

  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a professional client-facing manner

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
