Key Responsibilities

Perform bookkeeping for multiple small to mid-sized business clients

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping up to trial balance

Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and reports

Communicate directly with clients regarding financial queries and reporting

Coordinate workflows with internal staff and mentor junior team members as needed

Assist with general office administration and process improvement

Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
Requirements

3–5 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally within a firm environment

Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop

Solid working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office

High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

Confident communicator with a professional client-facing manner
