We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced professional to support our legal team by managing deeds, title documents, and related administrative tasks. This role is ideal for South African candidates with a background in real estate, conveyancing, or title administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, prepare, and process deeds, property documents, and title reports in compliance with US legal standards.
Support the law firms attorneys with real estate closings and property transactions.
Manage filing, document organization, and correspondence related to property deeds.
Coordinate with title companies, real estate agents, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of transactions.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents meet legal and contractual requirements.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and data entry in CRM or document management systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a Conveyancing Clerk, Conveyancers Assistant, Real Estate Paralegal, or similar.
Strong understanding of real estate law and title processing.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and self-motivated.
