Sales Representative Conference & Events (Full-Time, US Hours)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our conference and events team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and driving attendance for high-quality industry events. You will primarily engage with warm leads and inbound enquiries individuals who have attended our conferences in the past or expressed interest in our shows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to past attendees to understand their needs and encourage repeat attendance.

  • Manage inbound leads and respond promptly to enquiries about upcoming conferences.

  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.

  • Clearly communicate event value propositions, agenda highlights, and ticket options.

  • Update and manage CRM records to ensure accuracy of lead information and call notes.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and attendance targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless attendee experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or telesales preferably within events, conferences, or similar industries.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.

  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Strong organizational and CRM management skills.

  • Must be able to work full-time during US business hours.
