Outbound Specialist

Summary

The Outbound Specialist is responsible for generating high-quality pipeline to support Account Executive (AE) targets. This role requires high-volume outbound activity, disciplined lead qualification, and consistent demo bookings to fuel revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete 200+ outbound dials per day to targeted prospects.

  • Qualify leads through structured discovery to ensure fit and readiness.

  • Book high-quality demos for the AE team to support revenue objectives.

  • Maintain organized and accurate records of outreach activity in HubSpot.

  • Utilize Orum to enhance dial efficiency and maximize daily productivity.

  • Collaborate with Sales Manager and AEs to refine targeting and messaging.

  • Deliver consistent pipeline growth aligned with overall forecast and revenue ramp goals.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

Relevant Experience (Any of the following is advantageous)

  • Experience in SaaS, Venture Capital, BPO, or BPaaS environments.

  • Exposure to FinTech or Big 4 public accounting settings.

  • Background in Investment Banking or work involving high-scale AI/ML products.

  • Previous roles with similar outbound or high-activity responsibilities.
