Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage prospective clients through various outreach methods.
  • Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce our recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to align sales efforts with talent acquisition needs.
  • Maintain and update client records in our recruitment CRM, ensuring accurate and organized documentation.
  • Provide an exceptional client experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to enhance business development strategies.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or client relations, preferably in a B2B, startup, or recruiting agency environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales outreach tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
