Job Description
ExeQut is seeking a mid-level Capture Analyst with 4-5 years of experience to build and maintain a high-quality pipeline for U.S. opportunities. The ideal candidate will own daily market scans (GovWin/HigherGov), qualify opportunities against our capabilities, maintain an organized CRM pipeline, and prepare concise summaries and reports for BD leadership. This is a remote role with working hours aligned to US client schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily GovWin and HigherGov searches using saved queries and alerts.
- Log all relevant opportunities into Odoo CRM with proper staging (Evaluation Contacted/Teaming Proposal Prep).
- Identify and summarize RFIs, Sources Sought, and recompetes for NIH/HHS and other target agencies.
- Track BPAs and IDIQs; identify positioned primes and pursueable paths.
- Maintain a list of target primes with upcoming NIH/HHS bids and provide BD with contact leads.
- Run bid/no-bid inputs and prepare kickoff summaries/decks for leadership.
- Coordinate with BD and Proposal teams to hand over opportunities moving to Proposal Prep.
- Prepare daily and weekly pipeline summary reports for review with the BD Manager; provide a daily start-of-day update aligned to U.S. hours.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in capture/market research for IT services, software, or consulting (U.S. public sector preferred).
- Strong attention to detail; able to filter large volumes of opportunities and surface what is relevant.
- Excellent organizational skills for consistent logging, staging, and tracking in Odoo (or similar CRM).
- Analytical thinking to evaluate value, set-aside, contract type, and agency relevance.
- Clear written communication to summarize opportunities and primes for BD leadership.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating daily with the BD Manager; proactive pipeline ownership.
- Demonstrated high P-Win history (strong win rates on pursued opportunities).
- Fluent English (spoken & written).
- Preferred: familiarity with Deltek GovWin training/certifications; experience with HigherGov and Microsoft 365/SharePoint.
