This leadership role! As the Team Leader must have a keen business sense, polished interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives. High energy, a servant mindset, and the ability to work alongside the leadership team are essential in order to succeed in this role.

The ideal candidate must have a Real Estate background, Excellent Communicator, Goal Oriented, Motivated, and Vision.

Team Lead must be able to do 10 personal real estate transactions a year and unlimited referrals!

Responsibilities:

  • Train and Support team of agents
  • Answer agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, goal planning
  • Teach weekly training classes
  • Motivate and Encourage all agents
  • Ensure team is meeting goals
  • Assist agents in meeting goals and working to find solutions to any issues
  • Hold accountability meetings and small group training's

Qualifications:
A successful candidate must have:

  • Real Estate Experience and a Real Estate License
  • Be a proven leader, a great communicator, a consultant, a trainer, ambitious
  • Proven success- with a great personal reputation of integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Varies Based on production
