Build on Experteq's position as a Trusted Partner in Regulated Industries.

We are seeking a senior Business Development leader to accelerate Experteqs growth across Corporate and Government sectors. This role is laser-focused on net new logo acquisition identifying, engaging, and landing new clients across regulated industries. You will work closely with Marketing, Presales, SMEs, and strategic partners to shape market demand, design targeted go-to-market strategies, and position Experteq as a high-value partner of choice.

What You Will Lead

  • Strategic Growth: Build and execute multi-year strategies to acquire net-new clients across Government, Health, Insurance, Utilities, Financial Services, and other regulated sectors.
  • Solution-Led Sales: Bring a services-first approach to shaping client outcomes, leveraging Experteqs Professional Services and Managed Services capabilities.
  • Market Penetration: Co-design persona-driven demand generation with Marketing to expand reach and create sustainable pipeline.
  • Commercial Excellence: Align with Delivery and Practice Leads to ensure scope, pricing, and margin integrity throughout the sales cycle.
  • Partner Ecosystem: Deepen co-sell and solution development opportunities with Microsoft and other strategic alliances.
  • Enterprise Negotiation: Structure commercially sound, compliance-aligned agreements that support clients regulatory and operational requirements.

Who You Are

  • Strategic Sales Leader: Strong capability in qualifying complex opportunities, building predictable pipelines, and delivering accurate forecasts.
  • Executive-Level Communicator: Skilled in engaging CxO stakeholders and navigating multi-layered decision environments.
  • Proven Hunter: Demonstrated success securing net-new enterprise clients and shaping long-cycle, services-led opportunities.
  • Industry-Connected: Well networked across regulated industries, bringing a consultative, trusted-advisor approach.
  • Microsoft Ecosystem Fluent: Experienced with co-sell motions and core solution areas (Modern Work, Azure, Security, Data & AI).
  • IT Services Expert: Minimum 7 years in Professional Services, IT Managed Services, MSP, or MSSP environments.
  • Compliance-Aware: Strong understanding of security and regulatory frameworks such as Essential Eight, CPS 234, and the SOCI Act.
