Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Trader Sales Executive to drive sales of industrial and safety products through the local and re-export trading market in the UAE and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will have strong connections within trading companies, wholesalers, and resellers, particularly in Dubais trading hubs like Deira, Al Ras, and Sharjah. The role focuses on fast-moving product sales, relationship building, and achieving high turnover with quick conversion cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trading companies, resellers, and local dealers.
  • Drive product sales through trader channels in UAE and re-export markets (Africa, CIS, Asia, etc.).
  • Handle walk-in clients, B2B trading partners, and incoming leads efficiently.
  • Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for stock availability.
  • Maintain strong follow-up on payment collection and credit customers (if applicable).
  • Regularly visit trading areas such as Deira, Sharjah Industrial Area, and other active hubs.
  • Identify fast-selling items and suggest stock planning strategies based on market demand.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging trading opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trader sales, wholesale distribution, or fast-moving B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with PPE, hardware, industrial tools, electrical items, or construction materials preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of local trading dynamics and client behavior.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet sales targets.
  • Fluency in English is required (Arabic, Hindi, or regional languages are a plus).
  • Good knowledge of inventory handling, stock rotation, and pricing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Existing client base within Dubai and surrounding trading hubs is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with trader networks that re-export to Africa, Asia, or CIS countries.

Compensation:

  • Salary: AED 5,000-15,000 based on experience and client network
  • Commission: As per the company's incentive policy
