Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in MEP, electrical trading, or automation sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling LV panels, EV chargers, and system integration solutions, while managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
This role requires a solid technical background, strong understanding of UAE and GCC market dynamics, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients including consultants, contractors, developers, and system integrators.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell electrical products such as LV panels, EV chargers, and automation/system integration solutions.

Generate new leads and expand the client base within the MEP, construction, and infrastructure sectors.

Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals, BOQs, compliance sheets, and quotations.

Conduct product demos, presentations, and attend site visits with clients.

Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities.

Ensure product and proposal compliance with local authority regulations such as DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, and SASO.

Stay updated on new products, technologies, and competitor activity in the UAE and GCC markets.

Utilize CRM tools, ERP systems (preferably Odoo), and MS Excel to track opportunities and project progress.

Work closely with internal teams (engineering, logistics, procurement) to ensure successful project delivery.

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

3-5 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in MEP, electrical distribution, or automation sectors.

Strong knowledge of technical specs, electrical components, and BOQ preparation.

Familiarity with authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, SASO) and GCC electrical market.

Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and ERP platforms (Odoo preferred).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both technical and commercial contexts.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts independently.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: AED 6,000 - 10,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
