Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise site workers and daily construction activities
• Allocate manpower and materials efficiently
• Ensure work quality and adherence to schedules
• Coordinate with Site Engineer for instructions and updates
• Enforce safety rules and proper housekeeping

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Foreman
• Strong leadership and manpower handling skills
• Knowledge of civil and finishing works
• UAE Driving License is advantage

Monthly Salary Budget:
AED 2,000 to AED 3,000/- plus other benefits
