Job Description:
Job Title: Admin / Accountant
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin / Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and administrative tasks in our Saudi Arabia office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in the contracting, trading, or engineering sector, and a solid understanding of Saudi VAT regulations, ZATCA compliance, and labour documentation.
This is a dual-role position that requires hands-on experience in bookkeeping, tax filing, vendor coordination, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:

Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and vendor/client ledgers.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, petty cash, and expense reports.

Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT regulations and prepare necessary documents for ZATCA filings.

Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities as required.

Use accounting software such as QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar tools for financial entries and reporting.

Monitor and manage invoice tracking, payment schedules, and cash flow records.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle immigration and labour workflows: visas, Iqama issuance/renewals/transfer, exit-re-entry, profession changes, etc.
- Manage GOSI enrolments/updates, Qiwa/Mudad operations, and HRSD (MHRSD) requirements.
- Liaise with ZATCA, Ministry of Commerce, Municipality (Baladi), Chamber of Commerce, and other authorities for licenses, attestations, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and dashboards for all submissions and deadlines.
- Coordinate site visits to authorities and represent the company professionally.
Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Saudi National Only as per local regulations and market preference.

3-5 years of work experience in accounting and admin roles, preferably in contracting/trading/engineering firms.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT laws, ZATCA, GOSI, and local labor documentation processes.
Working knowledge of VAT (15%), WHT basics, and e-invoicing requirements.

Proficient in QuickBooks, Odoo, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.

Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Experience dealing with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities in KSA.

Saudi National preferred, in alignment with local hiring preferences and compliance.
- Arabic (native/fluent) and strong English communication.
- Must have license and a car.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: AED 4,000 - 7,000 per month (or equivalent in SAR; based on experience and qualifications)
