Our client is a well-known Semi-Government Organization, and we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to drive and elevate their digital presence across multiple platforms.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Female: Arab Nationality Preferred)
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 8,000 to 9,000

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging content including posts, reels, and stories tailored to each channel.
  • Plan and maintain content calendars for exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage 14+ social media accounts with consistent brand messaging.
  • Respond to comments and messages promptly to ensure high audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and platform updates.

Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns via Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad visuals and copy.
  • Use analytics tools to track and analyze ad performance and ROI.
  • Run A/B testing to continuously improve campaign outcomes.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports for both paid and organic campaigns.
  • Provide insights to enhance future strategies based on data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze engagement and traffic trends to optimize content and ad efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in digital marketing & social media management.
  • Agency experience is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient with social platforms and advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
    • Strong copywriting and communication skills (English & Arabic preferred).
    • Ability to handle multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical mindset and creativity.
    • Expertise in PPC, SEO, and digital content creation.
