This role involves optimizing production lines for efficiency and supporting R&D teams in launching new products, while ensuring all processes meet food safety and quality standards.

Salary Range: AED 9,000 - 10,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance food processing methods, systems, and equipment

• Troubleshoot process issues and suggest technical improvements

• Collaborate with production and QA teams on new product trials

• Document and monitor process parameters and improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food/confectionery processing
