A leading confectionery manufacturer in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, is seeking experienced Senior/Lead Technicians with mechanical expertise to support its newly established production facility. This full-time role involves overseeing the installation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced production and automation systems. The ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with FMCG or food manufacturing equipment, and the ability to lead maintenance tasks efficiently. These roles are critical in ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the factory's machinery, contributing to overall production efficiency and minimal downtime in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities Mechanical:

• Maintain HVAC, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulics.

• Perform precision alignments and routine mechanical services.

• Interpret drawings and support preventive maintenance.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical diploma or certification.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial setting.

• Ability to manage junior technicians and support production uptime.

Salary Range: AED 7,000 - 15,000
