Position Summary:

We are currently recruiting a professional and client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our clients team at Nation Towers Mall, Abu Dhabi. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations within the business center and providing an exceptional level of service to clients and visitors. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Sales & Operations Supervisor, the successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact and play a key role in supporting both operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management

  • Welcome clients and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Ensure the reception and common areas remain tidy and well-maintained.

Customer Support

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding services and facilities.
  • Address complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Fulfil reasonable client requests to maintain comfort, satisfaction, and safety.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal departments.
  • Liaise with sales, marketing, and operations to support organizational goals.
  • Ensure all correspondence (in-person, phone, and email) is handled professionally.

Problem Resolution & Conflict Management

  • Address client issues or complaints with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Prevent service disruptions by identifying potential risks early.

Administrative & Facility Support

  • Assist with meeting room bookings, appointments, and administrative tasks.
  • Support report preparation, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure operational readiness.
  • Monitor pantry and office supplies and report purchase needs to the supervisor.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong client relationships through attentive service and ongoing support.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and ensure smooth handover.
  • Coordinate with vendors to fulfill both client and internal requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a serviced office or hospitality setting.
  • Preferred Nationality: Eastern European

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and client service orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 5:30 PM
  • Saturday (rotational): 10:00 AM 1:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: AED 5,000 - AED 7,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
