Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Executive professional (Asian nationality preferred) with experience in the exhibitions and events industry, to support both online and offline marketing initiatives. The role will involve driving marketing campaigns, coordinating event promotion, supporting lead generation activities, and contributing to the successful execution of trade shows, conferences, and brand activations in the UAE and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns for exhibition and event
participation, covering both online channels (social media, email marketing,
digital ads) and offline channels (print collateral, banners, signage,
event activations). - Coordinate with event organisers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure branding, signage, and promotional materials are ready for exhibitions.
- Manage content creation and scheduling for social media, website, newsletters and other digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Assist with pre-event, onsite, and post-event marketing execution: registration drives, guest invites, lead capture tools, follow up activities.
- Track and analyse marketing metrics: online campaign performance, event leads, cost per lead, ROI of event participation; prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with sales, product and operations teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and target audiences.
- Maintain a marketing calendar of exhibitions, industry events and promotional deadlines; ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets.
- Monitor market trends in the exhibitions/events industry and competitor marketing strategies; recommend improvements or new approaches.
- Support stakeholder communication (internal and external) including briefing agencies, managing budgets and ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably within the exhibitions /
events / trade shows industry. - Solid knowledge of both online marketing (social media, email, digital advertising) and offline marketing (print, signage, event material).
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills in English; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel to events when required.
- Experience with marketing analytics and familiarity with tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media dashboards) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Prior experience participating in large exhibitions/tradeshow environments, ideally in the UAE or GCC markets.
- Portfolio or demonstrated results from previous marketing campaigns/events is an added advantage.
Benefits:

Basic monthly salary: AED 6,000 - AED 8,000, depending on candidates
experience in the exhibitions/events domain.
