Process / Production Technologist – Bakery & Confectionery

 Job Description:

We are hiring a Process / Production Technologist for a well-established bakery and confectionery manufacturing company. The role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining production processes while ensuring consistent product quality and food safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, yield, and product consistency

  • Monitor production parameters and ensure adherence to defined quality standards

  • Set up, control, and adjust technological regimes on production lines

  • Implement new formulations and support continuous improvement of existing recipes

  • Work closely with QA/QC teams to resolve quality issues and support audits

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical and process documentation

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and ISO

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Process / Production Technologist in bakery or confectionery manufacturing

  • Strong technical knowledge of dough-based and sugar-based products such as cookies, biscuits, cakes, pastries, and related items

  • Hands-on experience with industrial production lines and process optimization

  • Good understanding of food safety regulations and quality systems

Salary & Benefits

  • AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and expertise)
