Process / Production Technologist – Bakery & Confectionery
Job Description:
We are hiring a Process / Production Technologist for a well-established bakery and confectionery manufacturing company. The role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining production processes while ensuring consistent product quality and food safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, yield, and product consistency

Monitor production parameters and ensure adherence to defined quality standards

Set up, control, and adjust technological regimes on production lines

Implement new formulations and support continuous improvement of existing recipes

Work closely with QA/QC teams to resolve quality issues and support audits

Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical and process documentation

Ensure full compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and ISO
Requirements

Proven experience as a Process / Production Technologist in bakery or confectionery manufacturing

Strong technical knowledge of dough-based and sugar-based products such as cookies, biscuits, cakes, pastries, and related items

Hands-on experience with industrial production lines and process optimization

Good understanding of food safety regulations and quality systems
Salary & Benefits

AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and expertise)
