Job Title: HSE Officer

Location: Sharjah

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a qualified HSE Officer with strong experience in construction site safety and compliance with UAE regulations. The candidate must be able to implement HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, and monitor site safety performance daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures at the project site.

Conduct daily inspections, toolbox talks, and safety inductions for workers.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor and safety regulations.

Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and incident records.

Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with site management and subcontractors on safety requirements.

Required Qualifications:

NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)

IOSH Managing Safely (Preferred)

Additional HSE Certifications (UAE recognized)

5–10 years of experience in construction safety (UAE experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of worksite HSE standards and risk assessments

Good communication and report writing skills in English
