 Job Description:


1. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system

2. Ensure accuracy of client details, contracts, payment plans, and communication history.

3. Coordinate client communications via email, calls, SMS, and WhatsApp.

4.Send payment reminders, booking confirmations, and project updates.

5. Track booking forms, SPA (Sales & Purchase Agreements), and approvals.

6. Generate payment reports and follow up on overdue payments.

7. Coordinate with finance/accounts for receipting and reconciliation.
