Expert Recruitments is seeking a talented Amazon Ads Senior Associate on behalf of our client, a leading growth-focused digital marketing group in India. Our client delivers integrated marketing campaigns for a wide range of brands and is recognized as a Google Premier Partner, Meta Badge Partner, and Amazon Verified Partner.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and results-driven individual to manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, directly contributing to the business outcomes of renowned brands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital advertising and a proven track record of delivering measurable results in the e-commerce space.

Responsibilities:

Manage moderate to large-scale Amazon PPC accounts, ensuring campaigns are optimized to meet performance goals.

Conduct both organic and paid Amazon marketing activities to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and connect marketing performance to business outcomes.

Develop and present regular business reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.

Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.

Continuously monitor and improve ad management strategies to maximize return on investment.

Requirements:

Qualifications

1-3 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Marketing, with a strong background in managing PPC accounts.

Proven experience in the digital marketing, advertising, or e-commerce industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful business reports.

A deep passion for digital advertising and a track record of delivering measurable results.

Proficiency with reporting tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with e-commerce platform management and marketing performance analysis is a plus.

Education:

A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.

Certifications such as the Amazon Ads Certification or Google Ads Certification are considered an advantage.

Languages:

Fluent in English.

Intermediate proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
