The Performance Marketing Manager role at Intent Farm is designed for a strategic, data-driven marketer who has deep experience in scaling eCommerce and D2C brands through digital advertising. This role requires strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads, a sharp analytical mindset, hands-on campaign execution, and the ability to build growth strategies across the full funnel. The manager will lead client accounts end-to-end, ensuring measurable results, efficient spends, and consistent growth across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Build comprehensive performance marketing strategies for eCommerce and D2C brands across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Plan, launch, and scale high-performing campaigns across Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Paid Social.
Implement full-funnel strategies (TOF/MOF/BOF) and design advertising flows aligned to the brands growth goals.
Lead creative brainstorming with the team for ad hooks, messaging, and high-performing creatives.
2. Optimization & Growth Management
Continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and other key performance metrics.
Conduct frequent A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.
Identify new growth opportunities through market trends, competitor research, and platform insights.
Develop CRO-backed recommendations to improve landing page performance and customer journey drop-offs.
3. Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting
Translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
Build weekly/monthly performance reports with clear reasoning, next steps, and measurable outcomes.
Manage budgets across brands while ensuring efficiency, pacing accuracy, and quarterly forecasting.
Maintain strong tracking hygiene using GA4, UTM parameters, and pixel/tag implementations.
4. Client Communication & Account Leadership
Manage client relationships directly, present insights, and own communication end-to-end.
Handle performance review calls, strategy discussions, and quarterly planning sessions.
Clearly articulate decisions, optimizations, and growth recommendations to clients.
Ensure high-quality delivery through collaboration with creative, content, and analytics teams.
Requirements
3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically managing eCommerce/D2C brands.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google AdsSearch + Shopping expertise is a must.
Proven track record of scaling brands with high ROAS, controlled CAC, and efficient ad spends.
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets/Excel.
Deep understanding of eCommerce funnels, attribution models, paid social psychology, CRO, and remarketing frameworks.
Ability to build and present strategic growth plans with clear reasoning and expected outcomes.
Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
Experience collaborating with creative teams to build ads that perform.
