Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Summary: One of our esteemed clients from Hyderabad in the jewellery industry is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its expansion from 5 to 10 stores across South India by June 2026. The role involves overall responsibility for business strategy, operations, sales growth, profitability, and leadership across all functions.

Key Responsibilities: Lead store expansion and strategic growth initiatives. Oversee operations, procurement, sales, and compliance. Drive revenue, margins, and P&L performance. Build and manage senior leadership teams. Coordinate closely with Managing Directors and the Board.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of senior leadership experience in the jewellery retail industry

• Proven track record in multi-store retail operations and store expansion

• Experience handling end-to-end P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margins, and cost optimization

• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, pricing, and gold/diamond operations

• Exposure to South Indian jewellery markets and regional consumer behavior is highly preferred

• Ability to build, lead, and retain senior management teams

• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability

• Excellent decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working closely with promoters, Managing Directors, and Board members

• Knowledge of compliance, taxation (GST), and regulatory norms in the jewellery industry

• Comfortable driving growth in a fast-paced, expansion focused environment.

  Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field

• MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred
