Job Description:
1. Promote and sell developer projects (off-plan and ready units).
2. Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
3. Convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
4. Coordinate with CRM, accounts, and legal teams for SPA and approvals.
5. Ensure timely submission of all required documents.
6. Work closely with registered brokers and channel partners.
7. Support brokers with inventory details, pricing, and availability.
8. Track broker deals and ensure proper documentation for commissions.
