Role Summary:

One of our esteemed clients from Hyderabad in the jewellery industry is seeking a Cluster Manager to drive business growth across multiple store locations by supporting HR and cross-functional teams, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring smooth operations while strengthening market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Support HR in employee engagement, training, and resolving workplace challenges.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

Monitor and achieve sales targets across multiple stores/locations.

Coordinate with stock, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Review sales performance and provide actionable insights to management.

Implement and monitor promotional and marketing initiatives.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and address concerns effectively.

Prepare and share regular performance and market reports with senior management.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in retail sales, operations, or multi-store management.

Strong ability to manage multiple locations, teams, and sales targets.

Good understanding of retail operations and customer experience.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
