ExpHire is looking for a bright Sales development representative (Remote or Milan area based) for one of its clients.

Our client is a leading startup in hardware and software green mobility services for the leisure industry (Hospitality segment). After successful development of its hardware and software products, this startup is growing rapidly in southern Europe to become one of the leaders and innovators in green mobility in Europe. The company is building its team remotely and creating an extraordinary culture (although they have a brand new office in Milan ready to welcome you). Responsibilities


  • Organize your own work independently with the initial support of the CEO and in line with company guidelines;

  • Online/phone sales activity - end to end to B2B customers in the hospitality business (hotels, camping, villages, tour operators, etc.);

  • Identify potential customers, close the sales process and maintain a relationship with them;

  • Find and cold call new potential customers and work as well on inbound leads that already expressed interest in the innovative mobility solution;

  • Provide Reports & Feedback on the progress of activities on a weekly basis;

  • Meet and exceed assigned business targets;

  • Collaborate with peers and other departments within the company;

Qualifications and Requirements.

  • Commercial experience in B2B Sales (at least 2 years)

  • Have attained at least a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Knowledge of key sales techniques

  • Knowledge of Italian (mother tongue or similar) and of the English language (B2 level minimum)

  • Knowledge and experience with a CRM system (Hubspot or similar)

  • Strong cold calling acumen

  • Ability to adapt to business changes

  • Autonomy and proactivity


Also appreciated are

  • Experience in selling solutions to the hospitality businesses

  • Good knowledge of Spanish language (C1 level or more)

  • Bachelor's degree
