MatheMagis Singapore Maths is an after-school skill-building program for preschool to grade 10 students located in Makati, Philippines. The program is based on the internationally acclaimed and proven Maths curriculum and standards used in Singapore, with a focus on building problem-solving skills through conceptual understanding of math principles and visualization using bar models. MatheMagis aims to nurture a growth mindset and the love for learning by discovering the JOY in Math and in Problem Solving.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Center OIC/Relationship Officer role at MatheMagis Singapore Maths. The Center Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the learning center, implementing marketing strategies, handling financial matters, managing relationships with customers and partners, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Description

• Manage Inquiries, Assessments, and Enrolments.
• Work closely with parents in planning, executing and monitoring a child's MathsFitness journey.
• Work closely with teachers in overseeing sessions, and student progress monitoring.
• Setting meetings with teachers, parents, and potential new customers as needed to discuss student progress, new initiatives, processes, updates, etc.
• Research and reporting.

Qualifications

• Business Relationship Management and Sales skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service skills, with a passion for helping others and a dedication to providing top-notch service
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the education industry or work experience as a teacher is a plus.
• Familiarity with Singapore Math curriculum and/or teaching experience is also a plus
