Organización Pitágoras, a leading company in the Zulia region of Venezuela, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Caletero to join our team in Maracaibo. As a Caletero, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the proper handling and management of cash and credit transactions at the company's point of sale.

- Accurately count and record all cash and credit transactions and ensure that all amounts are balanced at the end of each shift.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to payments and provide prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

- Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, ensuring that all supplies are readily available.

- Assist in inventory management by monitoring and reporting low stock levels to the supervisor.

- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience as a Caletero or in a similar role is preferred.

- Proficient in basic math and computer skills.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Must be reliable, honest, and have a strong attention to detail.

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
