About the Role

Now we are looking to recruit a Reconciliation Analyst to join the existing international team to efficiently manage and control transactions executed by the company and our customers, agents, counterparts, etc.


Reporting Line: Head of Reconciliations and Regulatory Reporting

Worksite: Remote


Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions, review of client withdrawal requests, verification of clients SoF/SoW and other required legal documents and associated information in scope of regulatory requirements and internal policies of the Company;

  • Perform reconciliation duties on a daily basis

  • Communication with internal and external parties (written and calls)

  • Ad-hoc reporting and case handling

  • Suggest process improvements (aiming for a full automation and STP)

  • Maintenance of effective quality business processes documentation

  • Adherence to strict Service Level Agreements ensuring stakeholder and customer satisfaction


Qualifications

Essential

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, specifically stocks, bonds, foreign exchange (forex), and derivatives.

  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines.

  • Adept at working with and analyzing large datasets.

  • High level of attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including experience with data manipulation.

  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in position keeping, reconciliation and settlement of financial instruments

  • Experience of participation in back-office system implementation project

  • Experience in defining requirements for software solutions

  • Coding skills/experience (Python, PowerQuery, PBI) desired but not necessary
