About the Role

The Junior Transactions Monitoring (TM) Officer is part of the AML & Sanctions Department Team supporting all aspects of the client transactions monitoring and sanctions compliance screening processes. The Junior TM Officer responsibilities includes a variety of tasks, including supporting TM Officers in processing of daily tasks on all aspects of the client transactions monitoring and sanctions compliance screening processes.


Reporting Line: Head of AML & Sanctions

Worksite: Remote / Hybrid


Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions, review of client withdrawal requests, verification of clients SoF/SoW and other required legal documents and associated information in scope of regulatory requirements and internal policies of the Company;

  • Monitor end-to-end transaction lifecycles to ensure timely and accurate execution;

  • Help to prepare monthly reports on transaction volumes, performance metrics, discrepancies, or irregularities;

  • Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure audit trails are complete;

  • Monitor clients’ accounts activities and identify suspicious or unusual activities or transactions;

  • Participate in projects aimed at automation or increased operational efficiency;

  • Resolve and clear alerts in the screening system related to EDD, GWL, and sanctions hits;

  • Perform additional duties related to transaction monitoring tasks as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Higher education

  • Experience in AML/KYC is considered an advantage

  • Fluency in English

  • Ability to multitask and manage the deadlines

  • Proactivity, adaptability, and self-motivation

  • Accountability for assigned tasks and projects
