Mission of the role:
Ensure accurate, reliable, and client-ready financial forecasting by configuring, validating, and maintaining high-quality cash flow models and integrated data environments. This position plays a critical role in bridging client finance teams with implementation leads, safeguarding data integrity, accelerating onboarding, and enabling superior visibility into working capital, cash cycles, and financial performance.
Education level and background:
Third level in industrial engineering, operations, finance, Accounting, Software Development, or Business Administration only if candidates fit the job technical profile.
Previous Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in similar job positions.

Technical Knowledge Required:
- Strong foundation in accounting, FP&A, treasury reporting, and financial reconciliations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain 13-week cash flow models, rolling forecasts, and working capital analyses.
- Hands-on experience with financial ERPs such as NetSuite, Intacct, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with financial system implementations, data environments, and integration projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, formulas, Power Query preferred) and PowerPoint, with strong financial data manipulation skills.
- Experience with SQL, data warehouses, ETL tools, or BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Comfortable working with large transaction-level datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation across systems.
Functions to perform:
- Build and validate client-specific forecasting models, including 13-week cash flows, rolling forecasts, and variance tracking. Customize assumptions, mappings, and structures aligned to each clients industry, operating model, and financial drivers.
- Conduct detailed categorization and mapping of AR, AP, treasury and cash transactions. Normalize and align ERP, bank, and client data to Pegasus taxonomy and modeling standards.
- Reconcile data feeds between ERPs, banks, and Pegasus. Identify and resolve anomalies, gaps, and inconsistencies across systems. Execute structured test cases to verify dashboards, KPIs, and client-facing reports.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, documenting processes, mappings, and test results for auditability. Serve as a liaison between client finance teams and Pegasus implementation leads to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful deployment.
- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines. Ensure timely delivery of implementations, testing cycles, and financial model updates.
- Foster productive client relationships through clear communication, reliability, and solution-oriented execution. Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
