We are currently seeking a dedicated, hardworking optometrist to join this private practice in a full-time or part-time role. The ideal candidate will embody a growth mindset, be team-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment. While residency training is preferred, it is not a requirement.
Job Description:
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health, averaging 20 patients a day.
- Provide contact lens exams and fittings tailored to individual patient needs.
- Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility.
- Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.
About the Practice:
- Six examination lanes equipped with Marco AR and computerized refraction systems for precise diagnostics.
- A dedicated testing room for advanced diagnostics.
- A pretesting room designed for efficiency.
- A laser room featuring a YAG/SLT combination laser, offering a wide range of treatment options.
- Access to advanced imaging tools, including Spectralis OCT with AF, Optos California AF, Diopsys VEP, and RetEVAL ERG.
- A specialized testing team available to assist with advanced procedures such as myopia management and meibography.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per year
- Loan Repayment: Up to $150,000 over a 5-year term
- Bonus Structure: Earnings based on collections beyond a base minimum, with no maximum limit—our average is 16 collections!
- Licensed optician, certified paraoptometric, and assistants to enhance your efficiency
- Full front desk staff with both remote and in-person phone teams

Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
