Job Description: • Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess vision and eye health. • Provide contact lens exams and fittings tailored to individual patient needs. • Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility. • Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. • Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure exceptional patient care and a positive work environment. Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive base salary • Performance-based bonus structure tied to collections • Signing Bonus: A $10,000 signing bonus is available (tied to a 1-year commitment). • Optional 3% optical sales bonus for revenue generated by the OD • Benefits Package: Valued at approximately $15,600, including health insurance with HSA, paid vacation and CME, retirement plan with employer contributions, and full coverage for malpractice, licensure fees, and AOA dues.
