• Perform comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative assessments to ensure optimal outcomes for functional and cosmetic oculoplastic procedures
• Conduct precise, evidence-based oculoplastic surgeries using modern surgical techniques and technologies
• Provide attentive longitudinal care, monitoring healing, functional outcomes, and overall ocular health throughout the treatment process
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, optometrists, technicians, scribes, and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality patient care
• Manage a wide range of ophthalmic and periocular conditions, with emphasis on eyelid malposition, orbital disease, lacrimal disorders, facial trauma, and reconstructive and cosmetic oculoplastic procedures
