A thriving physician-owned practice located in Milwaukee is seeking a passionate Optometrist to join their enthusiastic team. This is an exciting opportunity for both new graduates and experienced candidates, particularly those who are residency-trained, offering part-time or full-time employment (2-4 days per week).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary starting at $600 per day, transitioning to a percentage of collections as patient volume increases, with potential earnings exceeding $1,000 per day.
- A $15,000 student loan reimbursement opportunity is available with a 3-year contract.
- 80% coverage of WOA/AOA fees for Associate Doctors, and full payment for Board certification exams.
- Paid educational experience annually with prior approval.
- Health and dental insurance options, as well as Short-Term and Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance.
- Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some on-call weekend availability.
Support and Resources:
The new Optometrist will have access to an experienced technician during the initial growth phase, progressing to a well-structured support system that includes techs, sales staff, and administrative support.
Advanced equipment such as automated phoropters, OCT, and more, with training provided for those unfamiliar with specific technologies.

Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
- Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for practicing to the full extent of their license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A friendly and outgoing personality is highly valued.
- Eagerness to promote eyewear sales and interest in developing a subspecialty within the practice is a plus.
