In this role, you will:
- Lead all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the centre meets and exceeds National Quality Framework (NQF) standards, with consistent alignment to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Build and sustain a team culture defined by trust, transparency, and professional growth
- Foster strong partnerships with families, engaging them as collaborators in their child's learning journey
- Strengthen the services' local profile and reputation, supporting ongoing enrolment growth
- Champion continuous quality improvement, embedding reflection and innovation into everyday practice
Ideally, we would love for you to have:
- A Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Minimum two years of Centre Manager (or higher) experience in a long day care setting
- A collaborative leadership style that uplifts and empowers
- A strong grasp of the NQF, compliance, and safety regulations
- A growth mindset, confident coaching skills, and a genuine commitment to educator development
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels
- Community engagement experience, with the confidence to represent the centre locally
