About the role

You will work as part of, or lead, a collaborative team to deliver engaging, play-based learning programs aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework. You will nurture childrens development, support planning and documentation, and build strong partnerships with families and colleagues.

What you bring

• Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates + valid Blue Card
• Ideally 12 months full-time experience in an early childhood setting
• A warm, inclusive approach to supporting childrens learning
• Confidence working with families and in a team
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for helping children flourish
• Availability for part-time or full-time hours on a rotating roster (6:30am6:30pm)
