We are currently seeking an amazing Inclusion Support Educator for a part-time role. You will be joining an exceeding-rated, community-managed, not-for-profit early childhood education and care service delivering sessional kindergarten, extended hours kindergarten, and long day care.

The opportunity 

Inclusion is the heartbeat of our early childhood education practice. It gives rhythm, warmth, and purpose to everything we do. 

We are looking for someone who has had experience working across all age groups and environments and can provide a warm and inviting atmosphere to our families and children. In this role, you will help support Educators within the room to create an inclusive environment for all children. You will help further support children with additional needs and ensure their needs are being met.

Governed by a professional, supportive parent-led Committee of Management, the centre holds an Exceeding NQS rating and is co-located with a maternal health centre and primary school. Four highly resourced indoor learning environments flow to expansive natural outdoor spaces. What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who thinks outside the box and honours individuality and creativity. Someone who has: 

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum requirement)
  • Minimum four years of experience as an Early Childhood Educator
  • Genuine interest or experience in inclusion support or additional needs education
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0 and NQF frameworks
  • Collaborative, reflective, and relationship-focused approach
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Working With Children Check
