About the opportunity
As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will lead the approved kindergarten program, delivering engaging play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and prepare children for their school transition. You will collaborate with your team, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
This role supports the vital developmental milestones of 4-5 year olds, including early literacy, numeracy, social and emotional skills, self-regulation, and resilience. Your curriculum will bridge kindergarten and school readiness, ensuring children enter formal schooling confident, curious, and capable.
What you bring
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
- Ideally 12+ months of experience in a Kindergarten Teacher/ECT role in Australia
- Confidence in leading educational programs, engaging families, and mentoring colleagues
- Availability for full-time or part-time hours, with flexibility across rosters
