Early Childhood Teacher

About the role
You will lead the approved kindergarten program, design and deliver play-based learning that sparks curiosity, and prepare children for school transition. You will collaborate with your team, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), completed before October 2025
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, plus a valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- 12 months of full-time work experience as an ECT or 24 months of full-time experience as an Early Childhood Educator
- Enthusiasm for fostering children's growth and creating safe, inclusive environments
- Confidence in partnering with families and working effectively in a team
- A positive, can-do attitude to the role that always strives to go above and beyond for the children and families you care for daily.
- Availability for full-time hours and willingness to work a rotating roster
