About the service

The 120-place service is centrally located, close to public transport, and provides a parking spot for the leader. The centre is unwavering in delivering top-tier early childhood education and care. About the role

The ideal candidate will champion a nurturing and engaging environment while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines. You must demonstrate a proven ability to use your communication skills to persuade, engage, inspire, and motivate a team of passionate Educators to deliver optimal learning outcomes for the families being served.

The non-negotiables

  • Diploma in Child Services (or higher)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years continuous experience as a Centre Manager
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP
  • Outstanding level of Verbal and Written Communication
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
