About the role:

You will take the reins of an established, beautifully resourced 60-place service in Melbournes inner southeast, guiding a passionate team to deliver exceptional care and education.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily operations with a people-first mindset
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
  • Building relationships with families, community stakeholders and regulatory bodies
  • Maintaining compliance and embedding the NQF and EYLF into every facet of the program
  • Driving enrolments and occupancy through reputation and results

About you:

You will likely be an experienced Assistant Director, Educational Leader, or Centre Manager who is ready for their next chapter. You are energised by the opportunity to lead a team with heart and purpose.

You bring:

  • A Diploma (or higher) qualification in Early Childhood Education
  • 2-3+ years in a leadership role within a long day care context
  • Confidence with quality frameworks, compliance and QIP development
  • A calm, collaborative and motivating leadership style
  • Prior experience supporting an Assessment and Rating visit (desirable)
