We are searching for passionate and vibrant early childhood educators to join our full-time team of Educators at a purpose-built service near Wetherill Park.

About the role

Our client operates a stunning early-year learning service that caters to 70 children, believing that learning occurs at its best through play, curiosity, communication, discovery, imagination, questioning, and creation.

This purpose-built centre features abundant outdoor play areas, including separate age-appropriate natural play spaces. The outdoor environments promote children's exploration of their senses and encourage them to interact with the environment as a natural part of their education. 

We foster and strongly encourage community participation and engagement, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, conflict resolution skills, independence, self-love, and opportunities for learning through our varied and challenging curriculum.

About you

We are seeking a person who is interested in a career in early childhood education and wants to make a positive impact on the lives of young children. The person we seek must be passionate, hardworking and enthusiastic.

What you will need to have to apply:

  • Completed Diploma in Child Services
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • Current Working With Children Check (employer version)
  • Experience in a similar environment of at least 12 months
  • Flexibility to work within the operational hours of an education and care service on a rotating roster (730am-530pm)
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
