About the service
The service is centrally located in Lakes Entrance, a short drive from Bairnsdale. With up to 65 children when at full capacity, there are terrific-sized rooms, a fantastic outdoor environment, and genuinely happy and supportive staff. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to make this your own.
About you
You must demonstrate a proven ability to use your communication skills to persuade, engage, inspire, and motivate a team of passionate Educators to deliver optimal learning outcomes for the families being served.
Our ideal candidate would have e.
- Diploma qualification or above
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
- Inherently responsible and dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staff
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- A natural ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider community
- Experience in at least one A&R with favourable outcomes
- Strong organisational and time management skills
