What Were Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Completed Certificate III or Diploma in Childrens Services (ACECQA approved).
  • Experience: Proven experience in a long daycare environment.
  • Knowledge: Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and National Quality Standard (NQS).
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication, strong teamwork abilities, and exceptional programming, observation, and documentation skills.
  • Attributes: Genuine passion for early childhood education, adaptability, and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
