About the service
Set just 1 kilometre from the beach and a short stroll from local reserves, this privately owned, 60-place service has earned Exceeding ratings across all seven quality areas multiple times.
This is one of three well-respected services owned by a local family who have led with integrity and quality since the beginning. The main service operates across three interconnected buildings, with an intentionally calm, aesthetically pleasing design and a warm, home-like culture.
Every room is staffed at nearly double the required Educator-to-child ratio, enabling uninterrupted teaching, high-quality interactions, and shared ownership of indooroutdoor programs. This level of investment in staffing not only elevates quality, but also protects educators from burnout and gives you the time to plan, reflect, and connect meaningfullywith children, families, and your team.
The services guiding pedagogy is built on a deep trust in their educators, nurturing strong relationships with families and investing in meaningful, sustainable staffing practices like an off-site staff retreat equipped with a kitchen, lounge area and even a small gym.
